“I have been enjoying the connection with the people and getting to know people and learning new things via conversation and experiencing new things that I never would have done.” “We’ve had some funny instances where the family dog has joined in with the singing.”

“Having never heard of Zoom before , like a good computer nerd I Googled it and taught myself what was required to run the program online . It is great to see people logging on to join in the singing, no matter where they are located.”

About Real Time Heart-Based Community Projects ONLINE

During Covid19, many of our projects that were threading through the community, seemed under threat with the social distancing practices in place. The thing we discovered was at the heart of it all, people were still looking at how and in what way they could help and engage.

RTHB Community Projects online was established out of that time, and since then, it has led to a couple of valuable realisations.

  1. Facilitators from all walks of life, all with heart and passion, want to share, care and engage with others in the community.
  2. People in the community, love this approach, for the warmth, passion and fun and help that it brings.

So, we have decided, this unique online zoom approach, will continue to be available to reach more people in all corners of communities.

  • The purpose? To engage, connect, express and share, learn and grow.
  • How? We have a calendar of events where facilitators bring 30-60 minutes of themselves to interact and be there for others.
  • Who is this for? Anyone! We invite anyone who is looking for a helpful, engaging and more interactive approach to screen time, as well as a way of engaging with others, learning and growing in a safe and supportive environment.
  • What type of events? A range of interests are available e.g. mindful photography, mindfulness, poetry, cooking, art therapy, wellbeing tips and more.
  • The benefits? Get to know our heart based facilitators who have people and community at heart and meet others in a more personal, safe and comfortable, interactive and visual setting.
