Zoom classes – Your Place at Your Pace.

Pilates is a unique exercise repertoire that can transform the way you feel and think about moving.

With regular practice Pilates will build strength, mobility, improved posture and movement awareness for everyday life.

This class is suitable for anyone new to the Pilates method or who are looking for a gentle movement experience.

Gentle and Restorative Classes are held every Tuesday Morning 9.30am – 10.30am.
